偉業街133號は世界的に有名なMaestroのWiny Maas が、その技術力に惚れ込んで特別指定した関西ペイントの魅力が遺憾なく発揮された物件です。またこの物件は香港の新鋭デベロッパーであるガウ•キャピタルと関西ペイントとの最初のコラボ物件でもあります。関西ペイントは、高級ブランドとしての地位を不動のものにしています。
133 Wai Yip Street is a conversion project - a revitalization and redevelopment of this industrial building. Gaw Capital Partners attaches great importance to this project, thus she cordially invited world-renowned Dutch architect and urbanist, Winy Maas, together with his studio MVRDV, and in collaboration with Raymond Chan Surveyors Limited, for the transformation of this 12-storey building into a chic office space.
Kansai Paint is honored to have taken part in this renewal project and to have witnessed every step of its transformation. A number of coating systems have been employed at 133 Wai Yip Street to better reflect its energy saving and green office management motif, namely our highly durable weather resisting protective coating system, as well as anti-skid coating application.
Kansai Paint was delighted to be invited to attend this grand opening ceremony.
