何文田中心はLINKという、政府物件を中心に管理する香港でも大手の管理会社の物件ですが、今回ゾラコートやコスモレタンなど関西ペイントの様々な塗料が採用されて工事が進行しています。
この物件で特にご紹介したいのは、グラフィック・ペイントです。香港でも新鋭のデザイナーとコラボを行い、塗料の可能性を高めることに成功しています。
単に塗料を販売するだけではなく、塗料を通じてマーケットを創造し、それを文化にまで高める、それが我々の使命です。

Ho
Man Tin Plaza is one of our epoch-making projects and with it allows even
deeper exploration into the possibility of coating systems in the future. Our
granite-like coating system Aqua Zolacoat EX has been employed as part of the
design in this extreme makeover, along with our high quality Cosmo Retan for
accent. This project is under LINK, one of the largest property management
companies in Hong Kong, and they have been dealing with government owned
properties as well.

We would like to kindly direct your attention to our special Graphic Paint works completed on the aluminum louvres here, which conveys a totally different impression on the finishing of our coating system. We have had a successful collaboration with an up-and-coming female graphic artist for an eye-opening demonstration, as this takes our paint and coating application to an even newer level!
