毎年恒例の夏の学校改修の時期が到来しました。今年は香港の行政長官が初の女性長官である林鄭月娥氏になることもあり、公共投資に対する新政権の方向性を伺う意味でも注目を浴びていた夏季学校改修物件ですが、他社がそのシェアを落としている中で我が関西ペイントは、昨年の75校を上回る88校を獲得することが出来ました。

これは昨年我々の材料を使用して下さった施工店の他に、他社から乗り換えて下さった施工店が出たことが原因であり、その理由をお聞きすると、我々の材料の品質とサービスが他社より勝っていることが主因だそうです。実際、工期が短い学校改修に於いては、些細な材料の瑕疵も工期の遅れにつながります。またカラーデザイン、現場の視察、各種試験（付着力試験など）、そしてその報告書など、メーカーが為さねばならないサービスはたくさんあります。我々のこの点での地道なフォロー活動が、施工店や政府の役人に理解されていっていることも、今回のご採用の大きな要因ではないかと考えています。

特に我々のフィラーは他社にない硬化剤混交型であり、現在このタイプのフィラーを市場に出しているのは我々だけですし、そのフィラーを使わざるを得ないモザイクタイルの物件などでは、旧態依然の現地での硬化剤混交型に比べて職人のミスによる硬化剤の入れ忘れや不足が防げることが実証されており、均一な品質のご提供に一役買っているという状況です。

Summer school projects are our seasonal routine projects, and we can gladly say that we have achieved even greater results this year! At one point, we were a tad bit worried whether the volume of projects may be reduced, as rumor has it that our new CEO may squeeze the budget of public investment for her first year after being nominated as the first female CEO of Hong Kong. Despite so, we obtained 88 number of school projects this year, which is 13 more than what we had last year. We thought about the reasons why this result came up, and the following two points have been observed:

First, some of the applicators tried to change from another supplier. Definitely, a reliable manufacturer is preferred, in order to avoid and prevent any potential problems, since they must complete these projects within a very short period of time without any mistakes.

Secondly, our services such as colour design, site inspection, testing such as pull-off adhesion, and all these reporting are appreciated by our customers, whether it be the contractors, or government officers.
