台風22号(MANGKHUT)が9月16日(日)に香港及びマカオに襲来しました。

この台風は先日西日本に大打撃を与えたのと同レベルで10年に1度の規模と言われています。

当社社員は全員無事でしたが、倒木や浸水に加え窓ガラスの破砕が至る所で確認できるので被害状況もこれから詳細が分かってくると思います。

現在進行中の現場でも竹足場が崩れている所もあり、復旧には相当な日数を要しそうですが社員一丸となって苦境を乗り越えて参ります。

Typhoon No. 22 (Mangkhut) hit Hong Kong and Macau on September 16th (Sunday). This typhoon is said to be once in 10 years at the same level that it brought a major blow to Western Japan two weeks ago.

We were able to understand further the details of the damage it caused. When the typhoon hit us the hardest, we could see fallen trees, heavy rain flood, broken windows with shattered glass panes everywhere.

For some of our on-going project sites, even the bamboo scaffolding collapsed, and it took them a considerable number of days to recover. Although disastrous, in less than a week of time, Hong Kong and all employees have already overcome the hardships!
