前回ご報告した学校改修は夏の風物詩ですが、夏休み期間は学校だけでなく様々な建物や施設も塗り替えられる時期でして、日本の春の改修物件シーズンのような忙しさです。

中でも香港のビジネスの中心である湾仔地区は、現在当社製品でどんどん塗り替えられています。

ビルやマンションはもちろんですが、消防署や警察署から市場やプールにまで至ります。活動状況については引き続き次回ご報告致します。

School refurbishment projects reported last time is a summer tradition, but our projects definitely are not limited to only schools revamp during summer vacations.

Various buildings and facilities are also being repainted, much like spring season in Japan, where everyone gets extremely busy over renovation projects.

We are grateful that Wan Chai district is being reworked using Kansai Paint products. This district is known for having a good mix of land uses, such as commercial buildings, exhibitions, arts and culture as well as sports development.

Aside from the private residential building projects we have been handling, there are also a significant amount of government projects in this district which have specified our coating systems, such as health institutes, public safety facilities (fire station, ambulance depot, police station, etc), stadium and swimming pool. We will continue to report on our activity status next time!
